It is the responsibility of all God’s people to prepare themselves for the Kingdom of God by the preparation from their own text. Each person, as a designate king or priest, must have their own copy of the Law (Deut. 17:18) and each chapter must be read. With this in mind, a program of study of the Bible can be undertaken by the reading of two chapters each night. The Bible can thus be read in a relatively short time, i.e. a year or so. The Sabbath year entails the reading of the Law in accordance with Deuteronomy 31:10-11; Ezra 8:18 and, thus, each of the elect are to prepare for this event.
